Soccer Tourney!

3 Kings Indoor Street Soccer Tournament, to Benefit The Hispanic Liaison!

One of our fellow non-profits in Chatham County, El Vinculo Hispano / The Hispanic Liaison, is offering an indoor street soccer tournament Friday June 23 and Saturday June 24. The event is designed to raise money for The Hispanic Liaison, which for 22 years has worked to offer help and protect the rights of the Hispanic Community.

The soccer tournament are for high school age players, age 14-18. Women's teams will play Friday June 23, 6-10pm, and men's teams will play Saturday June 24, 6-10pm. The event will be held in the gymnasium at Chatham Middle School.

Teams will be made of 8 players each, and in the games 5 players will play at a time (1 of those being the goalkeeper). The entry fee is $100 (split between 8 people that is $12.50 per player!)

To sign up the players would complete the form, have their parents sign, and turn the forms in with entry fee. You can sign up as a team in person this Saturday June 17th, between 3pm and 5pm, at the Courtyard Cafe in Siler City.

We at Chatham Soccer League encourage CSL players in this age group to form teams, play in the tournament, and support The Hispanic Liaison! If you are a younger player, or CSL parent, consider going out to the tournament on Friday or Saturday night, to watch, and support the teams, and maybe buy some concessions (the proceeds going to The Hispanic Liaison).
