Chatham Soccer League is eagerly preparing for the Spring 2018 Recreation Soccer Season. Practices begin Monday March 12, and games begin Saturday March 17. Register anytime between now and the beginning of practices, though we recommend you register soon to ensure your player a spot on a team she or he has played with before and/or is local to you.
U14-U14 teams (players age 4-14) will form in the North Chatham, Perry Harrison, Pittsboro, Siler City, Moncure, Silk Hope, Big Woods, Chapel Ridge, Woods Charter and other areas of Chatham County.
Recreation teams practice twice per week on fields in their home location, and play Saturday games, usually at the Park at Briar Chapel and Woods Charter School fields. There will also be "free play" events throughout the season, where recreation players can play soccer in teams formed during free play, free of coaching, just "for the fun" of playing.
Interested in volunteering? Parents of recreation players who volunteer to be the head coach of a team will receive a free registration for the child they are coaching.
