The soccer seasonal year operates from September 1 to August 31 of each year.
At the recreation level the seasonal year is broken into Fall and Spring seasons.
Teams are formed every fall with players randomly assigned to coaches.
Every attempt is made to place players with coaches in their practice area,
but this is not always possible. Players remain on the same team for the seasonal year.
Players only playing in the Spring are added to teams by the registrar as needed.
